Where oh where have Anchovies been all my life? It doesn’t matter no need to dwell on the past because they are here now and not going away anywhere time soon
A couple years ago Rob’s friend was down visiting and I was making some Italian food for dinner. I had bough a jar of anchovies to make some caesar dressing and he started eating them on some toasted bread and asked me if i wanted to try some. Now usually I would have said no because even when I get a few on a caesar salad I always push them to the side because I don’t like them but seeing as I hadn’t had one in a while and also splurged a little at the store and got a more expensive jar so I thought why not. Well, let me tell you it was incredible. Not sure if the anchovies I had before were not good or my palate changed but either way I now knew I loved anchovies
And this plate of pasta will be perfect for tonight because it is super quick to make and lets be honest, we will all be watching the Election tonight. I don’t know about you but I will happy when its over. It has dominated the news for the past 18 months and sometimes it seems like thats all the news is covering. There are a million other things going on in the world and yet on 10 stations the only thing shown is the latest scandal on Trump or Hilary. Soon enough it will be over … soon enough!
So, besides this dish being super quick to make here are a few other reasons why you will love this
